Cancellation Policy
✨ The “I Pinky-Promise to Show Up” Cancellation Policy ✨
Hey, beautiful humans! Life happens—we get it. But my time (just like yours!) is valuable, so here’s the deal:
💖 Cancel within 24 hours? No worries, but you’ll owe 50% of your booked service as a cancellation fee. This helps cover the time I set aside just for you!
💖 No-show (a.k.a. ghosting me)? Ouch. If you don’t give me a heads-up and miss your appointment, you’ll be charged 80% of the service total. If you are 15 minutes late, you are considered a no show.
-These fees are charged automatically from your card you held on file when you booked your appointment following your accepted request of cancellation or 20 minutes after you no show your scheduled appointment.
